"I was referred to Dr. Tepper by my medical doctor due to an ulcer. My right lower leg was amputation due to ulcer on that foot. I had developed an ulcer on my "good leg" and was quite nervous on my first visit. Dr. Tepper and his office personnel were so friendly and efficient that my anxiety was diminished. Dr. Tepper took X-rays in his office and began treatment of the ulcer. After the ulcer was healed, Dr. Tepper made custom shoes that were covered by my Medicare. I now have my nails trimmed every two months. I am happy to have my "good leg."
